This Lightweight Fiberglass Hood for the 911 Porsche weighs in at approximately 13 Lbs, a fraction of the Factory OEM steel hood. CCP constructs each of these hoods using hand laid 1708 fiberglass sheets over a white gelcoat base & ships ready to be painted. No chopped fiberglass is used in any of our manufactured parts. Mounting area comes with metal threaded inserts for increased durability. Mounting areas are same as the OEM, no need to purchase additional hood pins & hood does accept the OEM hood brackets, as well as the latch. Great for racing! ADDITIONAL DELIVERY FEES: Lift Gate or Inside Delivery is NOT INCLUDED in CCP Fabrication's Shipping costs. The customer understands and is in agreement with, "any additional delivery fees for services performed that were not quoted in the initial order (Lift Gate or Inside Delivery) will be charged to the credit card used when placing the order". When an Inside Delivery or Lift Gate is performed, the customer will need to pay the additional fee, as it is not included in the initial delivery charge. Fees range up to $100.00.
